Access is limited to the two authorized founders. Allow the connection popup once.

Import into the selected pipeline. Existing email addresses and domains are reused. The whole file is validated before changes commit.

Up to 2000 rows and 5 MiB. Use organization_name with domain, or a contact email. The template lists every supported field.

Save pipeline view

Saves the applied filters, sort and display for this pipeline. Reusing a name updates that saved view.

Choose discovery scope and budget. Automatic promotion adds qualifying leads to your saved email autopilot policy. Private folder contents are processed by your configured CRM AI provider.

Preparation uses the linked relationship and your reviewed facts. The resulting messages require separate approval.

Selecting a confirmed time authorizes the booking worker to book it after checking availability again.

Automatic email settings

Saving an enabled policy authorizes personalized opening emails to eligible CRM leads and follow-ups requested by recipients. Messages follow these settings without a separate approval for each send.

Included in the email footer. Use your business address, registered PO box or registered commercial mailbox.

Requires the exact address on its public source page and a mail-enabled domain. This does not guarantee that the mailbox can receive mail.

Answer product questions, respond to referrals in the current thread, handle requested follow-ups and book selected meeting times. Meetings last 15 minutes on weekdays within the saved hours, with at least two hours of notice. Daily email limits still apply. First-contact approval follows segment settings.

Discovery sources stay paused until you review their operating terms. Automatic promotion only follows pipelines with enabled automatic email.
